Character Creation Guidelines -Must Read!-

- House Heads are S-rank, and potentially SS-rank with special permission from an Administrator. Advisers and Marshals are A-rank, and potentially S-rank with special permission from an Administrator. ŌTT are A-rank. Steward and Jōnin are B-rank, and potentially A-rank with special permission from an Administrator. Chūnin are C-rank, and potentially B-rank with special permission from an Administrator. Genin are D-rank. NOTE: This applies to the character upon being created in Character Creation. It effects the rank of jutsu your character can learn. As characters progress in-character they can be promoted, or their rank improved.

- Genin (D-rank) start with 5 jutsu at their disposal. A maximum of 1 C-rank, 2 D-rank and 3 E-rank.
- Chūnin (C-rank) start with 7 jutsu at their disposal. A maximum of 1 B-rank, 3 C-rank and 4 D-rank.
- Steward/Jōnin (B-rank) start with 9 jutsu at their disposal. A maximum of 1 A-rank, 3 B-rank and 4 C-rank.
- ŌTT (A-rank) start with 11 jutsu at their disposal. A maximum of 2 A-rank, 3 B-rank and 4 C-rank.
- Advisers and Marshals (A-rank) start with 13 jutsu at their disposal. A maximum of 3 A-rank, 4 B-rank and 5 C-rank.
- Head-of-House/House Head (S-rank) start with 15 jutsu at their disposal. A maximum of 1 S-rank, 4 A-rank, 5 B-rank and 6 C-rank.

- Genin/Chūnin start with a single chakra nature. Steward/Jōnin can start with two chakra natures. ŌTT/Advisers/Marshals can start with two chakra natures. Head-of-Household/House Head can start with two chakra natures, a third if given special permission from an Administrator.

- If your character primarily uses Kenjutsu (sword techniques) and you would like to give him/her chakra flow for whichever nature is at your disposal, he/she must be at least Steward/Jōnin rank. Any rank lower than that and the you have to subtract three jutsu to have a chakra-imbued weapon.

- If your character has a very technique-specific or versatile weapon capable of channeling its own arsenal of jutsu, please speak with an Administrator privately about your character's use of said weapon.

- With regards to the jutsu you are able to start with, namely Kekkei Genkai or Hiden, you cannot simply create your own jutsu at the start. Even if you're an S-rank shinobi, you'll likely have access to all five jutsu on the clan's Clan Page, but you cannot create more beyond that. This isn't to say however, that you cannot create more or use exisitng Kekkei Genkai, Hiden, etc... jutsu unique to your clan, once you've earned the necessary amount of points and have trained the technique.
